In case you are dissatisfied and would like to return your item, please note that only unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days from date of receipt.

Please contact us before returning any items. We may request you to email and provide photos of the products prior to return.

Any signs of use or damage to the product or inner packaging are non-refundable.

Shipping and handling back to BMC will be prepaid by the buyers. Refunds will be issued by the same form of payment as we received.

If there is a problem with your item during the normal use of it, then please contact our support team with photos where possible.

Domestic UK - shipping will be via either Royal Mail recorded delivery, Parcel Force, DPD or Evri. Charges will be displayed at Checkout.

Shipping price is included in every order over £100.

International - Shipping via an international courier.

Cost of shipping will be dependent on your address/country.

Shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart prior to final payment.

Please note:

• The buyer will be responsible for all import duties and fees that your country impose.
• The buyer is responsible for understanding their laws and assumes all risk for the value of the package as well as our shipping costs in the event of being confiscated by customs.
• If the package is found to be undeliverable, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• In the event of a return, the buyer must pay all return and replacement shipping costs.
